If any user of this website places an order with us. It is on the understanding they have read through, understood and agreed to the Terms, Conditions and Policies detailed here.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of http://www.crystalsandmore.co.uk (referred to as "website/site/we/our/us") including all transactions for the sale of goods on http://www.crystalsandmore.co.uk and content. Other website addresses we own such as http://www.JandMTherapies.co.uk may redirect automatically to http://www.crystalsandmore.co.uk - Our policies for those addresses will be the same as those detailed herein.
Products
We are a physical shop and as such all of our products on the website are also available in the shop, if for what ever reason we are unable to select your choice we will contact you immediately and offer an alternative.
All sizes are given in cm’s and are approximate.
Purchasing Gemstones and Minerals from us
Crystals, gemstones and minerals are all natural products and at times will contain natural imperfections, inclusions, scratches, blemishes, cracks etc. Any such natural occurrence is not considered as faulty unless specified by ourselves.

Any healing descriptions attributed to the crystal / descriptions given to products are to be accepted as for entertainment purposes only. Under no circumstances should any of the properties replace any official medical advice.
Delivery
All orders are posted within 2 working days. We try our best to get everything out as quickly as possible.
Delivery is through Royal Mail 2nd class package unless otherwise stated or requested. We endeavour to post your item within two working days of your purchase, no items are posted on a weekend.

In the event of a missing parcel, no refund will be given until we have investigated with the post office, this can not be done until 11 working days have lapsed since postage.
Returns and Refund
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, excluding the cost of postage and packing.
All products must be in the same condition they left the shop in.
We are not responsible for return postage costs, we advise you to return via a proof of postage.
